We built an end-to-end automation for a YouTuber that streamlines the entire content lifecycle. The system begins by capturing and organizing video ideas, then assists in planning and scripting each concept. Once a video is published, it automatically pulls the YouTube transcript and generates all supporting assets—title, description, tags, and SEO-optimized copy.
From there, the automation repurposes the video into carousels, short-form reel scripts, image-based social posts, and full-length blog content, that auto posts to wordpress with an ai generate thumbnail. It also generates custom YouTube thumbnails featuring the creator’s face using a fine-tuned AI image model.
This all-in-one workflow drastically reduces manual effort and ensures each video is fully leveraged across multiple platforms.

We built an almost fully automated meme creation system designed to turn viral video content into shareable, on-brand memes. The workflow starts by extracting videos directly from TikTok, transcribing the audio, and using AI to generate multiple headline options with meme-style phrasing. Once a headline is selected, the meme is assembled in Canva using a pre-designed template. The final meme is then automatically published to selected social platforms via an internal AI meme dashboard.
This automation drastically reduces the time from content idea to meme post, enabling fast, consistent, and culturally relevant content distribution.

It’s a minimum $30k USD sign up fee to work with us. This will include the first deliverable which usually takes 1-2 months. From there we’ll generally work on a retainer or phase based payments. All payments for each phase are paid upfront before the work begins. Most clients spend between $70-$250k USD with us per year.Â

Usually the way we work is we build the first few phases in our own systems. This means we absorb all the costs while we build and you get user access. Once we’re moving to the production stages of the build we migrate the entire build into your own tools so you own the system. We don’t believe in locking in clients forever. Once your build is finished and our contract is up you’re welcome to move on from us and manage it yourself.Â
A minimum of 6 months. This is because what we build will take at least that long to be effective. But most clients stay with us for 1-3 years.Â
We only work with clients who are 100% ready to execute fast. If you’re the type of client to provide us a few details and then go dark for weeks on end with no replies we do not want to work with you. But if you’re the type of person who replies to our comments and requests within 24 hours, and you’re ready to run fast, build something epic and become 3-5x more productive… then this is for you!
